First week and Email Etiquette
When I enrolled in IS 101 I didn't know what to expect and to be honest I still kind of don't. I understand the material but I didn't realize it would be some stuff I already know and on that topic, 1.3.10 video taught me to to be more professional and neater with my emails and what else I can do in my email . Before I would write what I wanted to say and that would be the end of that but this Video taught me more things I can do within that email then just only sending a message.

Hi Johnathan! Before taking this class, I didn’t know that email rules exist. After going through that specific task, I learned that we can actually sort our email messages through email rules. It made my email messages organized.

ReplyDeleteSimilar to you, a big struggle for me in completing the LabSim assignment was trying to figure out the exact way they would want me to do it because if I were to figure out a different way, they would tell it to me wrong, even if I accomplished the same outcome.
ReplyDeleteJohnathan, the 1.3.10 video on email etiquette was super helpful—I still double-check things like tone and formatting before sending emails.
Hi Jonathan I also came across some information in this class that I already knew some of which I just needed a quick refresher on the skills. A very interesting class because for me at least most classes I take I go in completely not knowing anything but in IS 101 it has been a mix of known and unknown skills.

ReplyDeleteI didn’t know what to expect either. The video on email professionalism really helped me too—learning to be neater and more thorough in emails makes a big difference.
